Founding roundtable

The series opens with a roundtable rather than a talk. It sits a week off the regular slot, which is the second Friday of the month; the monthly seminars begin in November. Each lab that attends introduces itself in about three minutes, and the coordinators then set out the seminar slot, the hosting rotation and the points still open in the draft charter. There is no invited speaker and no host lab for this session, because the coordinators convene it on behalf of the whole network.
Talks are recorded and posted to Bilibili and YouTube only with the speaker's written consent, given before the talk.
